Short-term let

Perfect for property owners who want to retain a level of flexibility: the freedom to make use of your property at any time, while earning income when it is empty.

We ask owners to make their property available to the agency for a minimum of eight weeks during the winter season, including four weeks in peak periods (Christmas/New Year and February).

Seasonal let

An excellent solution that allows you to enjoy your property in the off-season, while earning income from it during the winter (five months, December to April).

Annual let

Aimed at owners who are resident in Switzerland, providing long-term tenancy management and a reliable income stream.

How does letting your property work?

Before we let it out, our team organises a visit to your property to:

• Check that it complies with our letting criteria
• Write up a description, place it in a category of 2 to 5 stars
• Decide on an appropriate market rent

Once the assessment is complete, we send you a proposed net price.

An agency commission is deducted from each let agreed. The amount of commission varies depending on the type of let chosen (annual, seasonal or short-term).

If you accept our offer, we formalise our relationship by signing a management contract.

To guarantee that your property is let under optimal conditions, this contract must be signed several months before the start of the tourist season.
This is essential to allow us to:

• Have professional photos of your property taken
• Produce an accurate and attractive description
• Include the property in our booking system
• Ensure it is promoted on the main letting platforms
• Produce an inventory (yearly and seasonal lets)

Advance preparation is the key to a successful let and optimal visibility.
