Renting a property for the winter season in Verbier or the wider region

Would you like to enjoy Verbier at weekends, during the holidays or whenever the skiing conditions are ideal? Why not choose a seasonal rental and have access to your own property for the whole winter? Here are our answers to the most common questions to help you plan your stay with complete peace of mind.

A seasonal rental lasts for five months (from December to April), unless otherwise indicated in the description.

Cleaning, laundry, tourist taxes, internet access (unless otherwise indicated) and the TV licence fee are not included in the price.

  • A 50% deposit is required on signature of the contract to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before the start of your tenancy at the latest. 
  • If you pay in euros, the exchange rate in effect on the day of receipt of the payment will be applied.

A security deposit may be required when you collect the keys, depending on the type of property. Phone calls, any damage and costs not included in the price will be deducted from your deposit.

No, pets are not allowed in our properties.

Yes. Smoking inside any of our properties is strictly forbidden.
