Renting a holiday home in Verbier or the Val de Bagnes

  • The minimum rental period for Christmas, New Year and high season is one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Short stays are possible in mid and low season.

Everything is included in the price, i.e. rent, household linens (sheets, bath towels and tea towels), cleaning at the end of your stay, tourist taxes and VAT.

  • A 50% deposit is required on signature of the contract to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 14 days before the start of your stay at the latest.
  • If you pay in euros, the exchange rate in effect on the day of receipt of the payment will be applied.
  • Receipt of notice of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the stay: 50% of rent due
  • Receipt of notice of cancellation between 0 and 13 days before the start of the stay: 100% of rent due
  • No refund will be given in the case of early departure
  • Check-in: Keys should be collected from the agency between 16.00 and 18.00. Check-in after 18.00 is possible on request.
  • Check-out: Keys should be returned to the agency between 08.00 and 09.00. If you are leaving before 08.00, keys can be dropped in the letter box to the left of the agency door.
