Rental - general conditions
Length of stay
From Saturday to Saturday, minimum 1 week during Christmas-New Year and high season periods. Short term stays (minimum 2 nights) during middle and low season periods.
Price
All inclusive: rental, laundering of a set of household linen available in accommodation, cleaning, tourist tax, VAT.
Payment
50% after signing the contract, by way of a deposit to secure the reservation, 50% not later than 14 days before the start of the contract
Payment in EUROS taken at the exchange rate on the day of receipt.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50 % of the rent
- 0-13 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the rent
- No refund is granted for early departure
Specific conditions related to Covid19. free cancellation until arrival date only if the Swiss Government or your home country restrict non-essential travel to Switzerland or Swiss government close Verbier resort (ski lifts closure).
