Located close to the ski lifts, this beautiful apartment of about 110 m² offers a warm and comfortable setting for a stay in the mountains. It consists of an entrance hall, a bright living room with fireplace, a convivial dining area and a fully equipped kitchen bar with Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment includes a master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and toilet, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds for children. A shower room with toilet and a separate toilet complete the layout.

The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful unobstructed view. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, WIFI internet access and Apple TV. Two parking spaces are available in a private garage of approximately dimensions (237 x 520 x 225 cm), with direct access to the apartment by elevator.

Residents have access to a small fitness room, a hammam, a laundry room and a shoe dryer.

The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed and the practice of a musical instrument is strictly prohibited.
